Scope:
During this plant’s spring outage, EBI discovered a reoccurring moisture issue inside the bus which led to corrosion and compromised silver plating. Left uncorrected, silver plating issues can lead to hot spots and potential catastrophic failure. Industry best practices recommend ALL bus contact surfaces be plated.
