Scope:
EBI mobilized their crew and equipment to this nuclear facility to perform the replacement of non-seg bus (NSB) with mini-phase bus. Scope included:
- Staging of materials and equipment
- Demo of existing NSB
- Installation of new EBI provided welded mini-phase bus duct (6.9kV, 3000A & 4.16kV, 4000A) and welding and fit up of conductors and enclosures
- Provided drawings, manufactured, built, certified, and completed rigging plans for installation of Trolley System
- Supply of mini-phase galvanized steel structure with calculation
- Fabrication and supply of flex link braided connections for 2000A & 3000A switchgear
- Fabrication and supply of copper bus bushing adapter bars for the 6.9 KV Xfrmr and braids for the 4160 Xfrmr bushing connection
