Quality and Administrative Manager – (Full Time – St. Cloud, MN)
Our growing company is seeking a Quality and Administration Manager who is a self-starter with strong communication, general business and organizational skills and the highest attention to detail and timeliness. This individual must be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently while working independently as well as a member of a team.
The Quality and Administration Manager reports to the Vice President and has varying responsibilities to ensure efficiency is met and high quality standards are maintained with focus on continuous improvement. This position is intensely hands on and has responsibility for quality, administration, contract review, information technology oversight, human resources oversight, risk management and all other aspects of the company’s business with the objective of providing exceptional client service and supporting positive employee morale. Solid knowledge and expertise in business services, ISO9001 quality management system (or similar quality management system), contract review and negotiation and the leadership necessary to execute those responsibilities are essential.
This position requires quality and administrative management experience. A Bachelor’s Degree is required and advanced degrees and certifications are encouraged. Candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written skills.
