      Coordinate and maintain all operations of the human resource department. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs. Responsible for confidential information and compliance with federal, state and local regulations as it relates to human resources functions.
    • REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
      Proficient in the following software: MS Windows, MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      Bachelor’s degree and 1 year Human Resources experience OR 4 years HR experience

  • AP/Payroll Clerk
    • JOB DESCRIPTION
      Perform a variety of duties that includes: inputting employee information into accounting software, processing multi weekly union payrolls, calculating and reporting union benefits. Responsible for processing accounts payable including data entry of incoming invoices and outgoing payments along with overall maintenance of Vendor accounts. Reconciles credit card statements including tracking expenses through remote software. This position is responsible for handling personnel and financial information and must ensure its confidentiality.
    • REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
      Proficient in the following software: MS Windows, QuickBooks Pro, MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      1-2 years’ experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable
      2 year degree in similar field
  • Marketing Internship
  • Summer Internship: Late May – August
    20 Hours Per Week in Office
    $12/Hour
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
    Work with our team to build on knowledge in your prospective field. Tasks include, but are not limited to: editorial activities including assisting with marketing collateral updates, supplier registrations and other various independent projects.
