In addition to the JPR, EBI conducts an internal lessons learned debrief at the conclusion of every project. These two improvement processes work hand-in-hand to ensure successful results and provides meaningful insight for future projects.
Recently, EBI completed a thorough isophase bus duct cryogenic cleaning, inspection, and auxiliary transformer change-out project at the Brandy Branch Generating Station owned by JEA.
