Low EMR is Key to Continued Success for EBI

Electrical Builders, Inc (EBI ®) is proud to have achieved a projected Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of 0.81. This noteworthy accomplishment exemplifies EBI’s dedication to safety and quality. Brian Warzecha, EBI QA/QC Manager said, “We are extremely proud of our low EMR and greatly appreciate the ongoing efforts of everyone throughout our organization to maintain a superior rating. Safety is a behavior that requires consistent training, continuous improvement and positive reinforcement. With safety first, everyone wins.” 

Safety and quality are constant themes at EBI. All EBI field teams are minimum OSHA 10 certified and the QA/QC Manager is OSHA 500 certified. Mr. Warzecha highlights the significance of safe practices, “At EBI, we believe our employees are our biggest assets. That is why their safety is our number one priority. We understand that safety does not happen by accident, and we do not take it for granted. Rather, we properly train our team to put safety first.”

EBI is determined to maintain high safety standards and a low EMR.
